How do you make Thai Chicken Curry with balsamic vinegar?

How to cook Thai Chicken Curry in 3 Easy Steps:

  1. Select your preferred flavor of extra virgin olive oil. We recommend the Rosemary and Roasted Garlic Butter. Add olive oil to wok or skillet. Heat on high for approximately 30 seconds or until you can smell the herbs and spices.
  2. Turn the heat down to medium high and add your chicken pieces to the pan. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
  3. Stir in Thai Curry Fusion Balsamic Vinegar and turn heat to high and bring to a boil. Immediately after it starts to boil, turn heat down and let everything simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Remove chicken from heat, pour over cooked rice and garnish with cilantro if desired.
