How do you make chicken with balsamic vinegar?

How to make chicken with balsamic vinegar in 10 easy steps:

  1. Select which extra virgin olive oil you would like to use and drizzle two teaspoons in a pan or skillet.
  2. Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side over medium heat, until each side is brown on the outside.
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  4. Cover a baking sheet or dish with foil and transfer the browned chicken on to the foil.
  5. Select which balsamic vinegar you would like to use and glaze or brush it on top of the chicken. (You may select any, but pictured is the Smoky Raspberry Chipotle.)
  6. Wrap foil over the chicken and bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover foil from the chicken, brush another light glaze of balsamic on top of the chicken.
  8. Return the chicken to the oven uncovered and bake another 5 to 10 minutes or until chicken is completely cooked through.
  9. Remove chicken from the oven.
  10. Garnish the chicken with drizzled balsamic vinegar over top; for extra flavor and appearance. Serve and enjoy!
