The ingredients in our Cayenne Key Lime Balsamic Vinegar are barrel aged Modena IGP white balsamic vinegar of Modena, freeze-dried key limes and dehydrated smoked cayenne peppers; aged to thick sweet perfection. Without water from juices, purees or extracts all of our products are non-perishable and do not require refrigeration and can age as intended.

Our special Modena IGP Cayenne Key Lime White Balsamic Vinegar (12.7 fl oz) is a spicy infused creation bursting with the flavor of sweet, delicious key lime pie and finished with spicy cayenne. Super potent at 40,000 shu, this cayenne, with sweet hints of lime will spice up any dish. It is not so spicy it inedible. On the palate the succulent taste of key lime pie hits you first and then the spice presents after. This balsamic is delicious drizzled over tacos, salmon and roasted vegetables. It is also makes an ideal glaze for white meats and seafood, such as shrimp and chicken. This is an ideal balsamic for anyone who likes sweet juicy tropical limes and spicy cayenne.
