This pure balsamic vinegar is flavored with all natural, simple and limited ingredients. Made with dehydrated fruits and vegetables; not purees, juices or extracts. The absence of water will ensure that it ages smoothly and more importantly, that it will taste even better as it ages! Without the water, all of our balsamic vinegars are non perishable and do not require refrigeration. Normally, the pairing recommendations we make, are for an ideal olive oil to pair the balsamic with. However, this particular balsamic vinegar is fantastic when paired with another one of our balsamic vinegars; Radiant Raspberry. Because the lemon flavor in our Lemon Citrus White Balsamic Vinegar is so profound, a 2 to 1 raspberry to lemon ratio is ideal. The two taste amazing alone or together on salads, chicken, fruits and vegetables. If you are an absolute fanatic about the taste of lemons, you could also pair it with our Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
