White balsamic is generally made by blending white grape must with white wine vinegar and cooked at a low temperature to avoid any darkening. “Aceto Balsamico di Modena’s” is umbrella term used to mean that the balsamic is made from grape must and wine vinegar. The ingredients in our Roasted Garlic White Balsamic Vinegar are wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, balsamic vinegar of Modena, dehydrated garlic and black pepper.
