This is an ideal balsamic for anyone who likes sweet juicy tropical fruits and the mildly spicy taste of dehydrated sriracha. Our Sriracha Mango White Balsamic Vinegar tastes great alone. When pairing it with an olive oil, we recommend our Meyer Lemon Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The two make an excellent combination, on any and all seafoods. They can also both be combined to make an amazingly sweet and tart salad dressing.
